Located inside City Mall, Amman, the booth was designed to create a strong retail presence in a high-traffic commercial environment. The project combines premium finishes, custom counters, clear brand visibility, hidden lighting, and a practical layout that supports smooth customer flow and efficient daily operation.
With its glossy black marble-effect exterior, warm wood details, red brand elements, and visible signage, the booth reflects the premium identity of Al Ameed Coffee while delivering a functional and modern retail experience.

Premium Coffee Booth Design in City Mall Amman
The goal of this project was to design and execute a coffee booth that stands out inside a busy mall environment while remaining highly functional for daily service.
City Mall is listed among Al Ameed Coffee’s official local branches in Amman, with the branch operating throughout the week. Al Ameed Coffee also describes its brand experience as one built around product quality, customer service, design consistency, and efficient service across its stores. 
For Eagle Ports, this meant creating a booth that does more than display a brand logo. The design needed to support visibility, customer movement, staff workflow, product service, equipment placement, and long-term durability.
The final booth presents a clean, bold, and professional commercial presence suitable for a recognized coffee brand inside a high-traffic retail space.
Design Concept
A Bold Retail Booth Inspired by Coffee, Brand Identity, and Function
The design concept focused on combining premium visual impact with practical retail operation.
The booth uses a strong black exterior with a marble-effect finish, giving the space a luxurious and durable appearance. This dark glossy surface creates contrast inside the mall and helps the booth stand out clearly from surrounding retail areas.
Warm wood details were integrated into the counter and internal elements to soften the design and reflect the warmth associated with coffee culture. Red brand elements, including signage and back panels, connect the booth directly to Al Ameed Coffee’s visual identity.
The result is a modern coffee kiosk design that feels premium, organized, and instantly recognizable.
Materials & Finishes
Black Marble Effect, Warm Wood, Red Branding, and Metal Structure
The materials were selected to balance elegance, durability, and brand recognition.
The exterior counter features a glossy black marble-effect finish with soft veining. This gives the booth a high-end look while creating a strong visual base. The curved counter edges add movement and make the booth feel more refined than a standard rectangular kiosk.
Light wood finishes appear in selected areas, including lower counter details and internal working zones. These wood tones add warmth and create a comfortable visual contrast against the black exterior.
A black metal overhead frame defines the full booth structure and adds architectural presence. The frame also supports the signage and helps the booth appear complete from multiple viewing angles.
Red elements were used in the background, signage, and equipment area to strengthen the Al Ameed Coffee identity and create immediate brand recognition.
Lighting Design
Hidden Lighting for a Premium Retail Presence
Lighting plays an important role in the final look of the booth.
The under-counter hidden lighting creates a warm glow along the base of the kiosk. This detail visually lifts the booth and highlights the curved black counter. In a mall environment, this type of lighting helps attract attention without overwhelming the design.
The lighting also gives the booth a polished evening-ready appearance, making it suitable for long daily operating hours and continuous customer interaction.
Functional Layout
Designed for Customer Flow, Service, and Daily Operation
The booth layout was planned to support both customers and staff.
From the customer side, the curved counter creates a smooth and approachable service line. The stainless-steel railing helps organize the queue and guide movement around the booth, making the customer journey clearer and more controlled.
From the staff side, the interior includes working counters, equipment areas, cashier zones, display points, and preparation space. This allows the team to move efficiently and serve customers without unnecessary clutter.
The design also considers the needs of a mall environment, where space is limited, visibility is important, and service speed matters.
